The review of the existing architectural and engineering (A/E) master plan, preparation of detailed architectural designs and construction drawings of Academic College Building of 550 students intake and services such as drainage, compound wall & laboratory, library, water treatment plant, water extraction, water storage, water supply & distribution network, overhead & underground water tank for whole complex sewerage & waste water treatment, playgrounds (volleyball court, basketball court, badminton court, Meeting Hall etc.), landscape, plantation, parks & parking area, gates, Design of truss cantilever structure associated with the main building. Besides detailed A/E design, project also covered detail cost estimate, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Specifications and Bid Documents of all buildings, services & Construction Supervision.
