The Executive Agency (EA) for the project is Nepal Police Headquarters (NPHQ), Crime Investigation Department and the Implement Agency (IA) is Women and Children Service Directorate (WCSD). The project has hired the consulting firm Building Design Authority (P) Ltd. (BDA) for contract administration including supervision of construction. The main objective of this project is to provide comprehensive prevention from Women and Children trafficking, rescuing and rehabilitating the survivors, advocating for justice in the cases of the rescued women and Children’s and ensuring that effective immediate action is taken against their victims with the help of DPO and other relevant agencies.
