Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision of Bagmati Area Physical Infrastructure Development Project, Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

 

Project Description

The project consists of four sub-projects as follows:

 

Project contract no       :  BASP 001/064-065

The project consist of  Municipal trunk sewer 6 km (300mm to 800mmdia), Green belt, River Training Works, Check Dam and Metallic Road 1.8 Km with Asphalt Concreting 8.00m wide, River crossing structure etc. along Bagmati corridor from Gokarna to Guheswori  in Kathmandu Metropolitan  City.

 

Project contract no       :  BASP 002/064-065

The project consist of  Municipal trunk sewer 2.019  km (400mm to 700mmdia), Green belt, River Training Works, Check Dam and Metallic Road 2.00 Km with Asphalt Concreting 8.00m wide, River crossing structure etc. along Bagmati corridor Tilganga to Sinamangal in Kathmandu Metropolitan  City.

 

Project contract no       :  BASP 003/064-065

The project consist of  Municipal trunk sewer 2.341  km (600mm to 1200mmdia), Green belt, River Training Works, Check Dam and Metallic Road 2.00 Km with Asphalt Concreting 8.00m wide, River crossing structure etc. along Bagmati corridor Tilganga to Sinamangal in Kathmandu Metropolitan  City.

 

Design Package no      :  BASP 004

The project consist of Design  of 4.159km trunk sewer of RCC Hume pipe NP-3  varies from 300mm to 1200mm dia, Metallic Road 4.00 Km with Asphalt Concreting 8.00m wide, Bio-engineering work of 9832 sqm, River training works along Bagmati corridor from Minbhaven to Sankhamul  in Kathmandu Metropolitan  City.

·      Review of Design study Report, Preparation of Manuals and Guidelines for the Projects, Preparation of QA and QC, Safety Manuals, contract administration guideline, Survey, Topographical survey, total station survey, alignment survey, traverses survey Feasibility study, Soil Test and Geo –Technical  Investigation, design review of trunk sewerage, Asphalt road (8.00m wide), Green  belt, river training, check dams and metallic road with asphalt concreting , preparation of working drawing cost estimate, preparation of implementation schedule. Construction Supervision including quality monitoring, construction site management, contract management and contract administration. Submission of report for design and supervision phase.(Monthly and quarterly progress reports) Full time Project Management at Project office ,Contract Management and  administration, Construction Supervision includes Quality Monitoring, Environmental and Social Compliance Monitoring, Construction Site Management and post construction monitoring .Submission of reports at design and supervision phases.(Inception Report, Monthly and Quarterly progress report ,interim report, Annual progress report, Draft Final report and Final Report). Assist Client in matters related to project construction management and in post construction phase (DLP)
