The review of the existing architectural and engineering (A/E) master plan, preparation of detailed architectural designs and construction drawings of Academic Building, Hospital Building, Hostel Buildings (Boys & Girls), Administrative Building, Quarter Building, allied infrastructures, etc. for 100 students intake Medical College with 1000 bedded Hospital and services such as road, bridges, strome water drainage, compound wall & retaining wall, river training work, laboratory, library, medical gas plant system, water treatment plant, water extraction, water storage, water supply & distribution network, overhead & underground water tank for whole complex, solid waste management system, sewerage & waste water treatment plant, hospital waste management system, guest house, departmental store & commercial complex, bus stop, helipad, primary school, swimming pool, playgrounds (volleyball court, basketball court, badminton court, yoga hall, etc.), landscape, plantation, parks & parking area, museum, rehabilitation center, stadium, community hall, gates, auditorium, bank & or ATMs, etc. Besides detailed A/E design, project also covered detail cost estimate, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Specifications, PQ (Pre-Qualification) and Bid Documents of all buildings, services, medical & non-medical equipment & furnitures.
