The project consist of 6 independent modern houses with all modem amenities required for residential houses, offices and guest house, multipurpose hall for 100 people scattered in 103 ropanies of land at Lumbini, Rupandehi, Nepal. Landscaping work consists of gardening, inter-locked concrète block paved pathway, storm drainage, tree plantations etc.A well consideration for seismic safety of the buildings have been provided.
