Feasibility study, Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision of Kohalpur and Mahendranagar Small towns water supply, sanitation project at Kohalpur, Banke and Kanchanpur districts ADB Loan no: 1755(NEP)-SF

 

Project Description

Mahendranagar Municipality Project:

Mahendranagar Sub-Project is located at Mahendranagar Municipality in Kanchanpur district in Far-Western Development Region. The Service area of the project covers ward no. 1, 3,6,7,8,9 and 10 of Mahendranagar Municipality. Total HH in project area is 2436 and survey population was 15891. The project consists of  structural design of one nos of 450 cum RCC overhead tank and 200 cum masonry tank, 120 m deep boreholes, four new deep tube-wells of depth108-120m, Four nos of pumps installation,1 nos of transformer,1 set of generator 100KVA, 75 km Pipe length distribution and main pipe system (Consists of DI pipe size350-200mm of 1Km length),one nos of Water treatment plant ,1000M storm DrainageThe total no of house connection was 2436 and supply and installation of 2500 water meters and site development works pump house-2 nos, Guard house -1 nos, office building-1 nos, Compound wall-1nos etc. 

Kohalpur Town Project:

Kohalpur Sub-project is located at Kohalpur Municipality in Banke district in Mid-Western Development Region. The Service area of the project covers ward no. 1, 3, and 4 of Kohalpur Municipality. Total HH in project area is 2544 and survey population was 14297. The project consists of  structural design of one nos of 450 cum RCC overhead tank, 150 m deep boreholes- 3 nos, Four nos of pumps installation,1 nos of transformer,1 set of generator 100KVA, 50 km pipe length distribution and main pipe system(Consists of DI pipe size350-200mm of 1.5Km length), treatment plants, one nos of Water treatment plant ,750M surface Drainage. The total no of house connection was 2544 and supply and installation of 2600 water meters and site development works pump house-2 nos, Guard house, office building-, Chemical dozing block, 1 no. of public toilet and site development etc.
