Project Description

The proposed factory building is located in Ganapur VDC, Nepalgunj, Banke, Nepal. The building and allied structures that were design are as follows:

• Boundary Wall
• In Plant Road/Culverts
• Cement Grinding Mill building (1 no.) including raw material hopper, pit elevator etc.size:25m*9m*9m*30m(Ht.)
• Cement Mill foundations/other equipment foundations and supports.
• Cement Silo-800 MT (1 no.)- RCC Flat bottom silo- 10.80m dia., 27.50m (Ht.)
• Packing Plant Building/Truck Loading Platform- size approx. 25m*6m.
• New flyash feed system; Clinker/Gypsum feed system.
• Central Compressor/Blower room building (10m*3m) with equipment foundation. 
• Material Handling System consisting of clinker, gypsum, flyash handling and feed system.
• MCC/CCR and PLC house (7.5m*13.5m)
• Hydraulic Truck Un loader (HTU)
• Pond(20m*10m)
• Stores (16m*10m)
• Stores yard(16m*10m)
• Parking area (15m*5m and 8*6m)
• Admin and Lab building (16m*12m)
• Security House/Time Office (3.5m*8m)
• Weigh Bridge cabins, weigh bridge
• Substation house(16m*12m)
• Generator house(16m*12m)
• Labour camps
• Residential Flats (16m*7m-2 Nos. each 3 storied high)
• Utility Building (4.8m*15m)
• Workshop (7.5m*6m)
• Other allied structures
