The project consist of 40 independent modern houses with all modern amnesties required for a domestic house scattered in 100 ropanies of land at Nagarjuna Hills, Goldhunga, Kathmandu, Nepal. The houses are of two 2 nos. Public conference hall, one meditation hall, four storey RCC structures with machine made fair face non-load bearing walls. The houses are so designed that those include all modern facilities with Nepalese traditional Architectural looks. Landscaping work consists of black-topped roads; inter-locked concrete block paved pathway, storm drainage,tree plantations, etc. The project also consists of a design of common children recreational area, approach road, street camp, bridge and two water supply systems with treatment plant
