The Project is under Ministry of Health. The proposed Public college building is located in Ghopa, Dharan, Sunsari district, Koshi Zone of Nepal. There are 4 different sites for 5 nos. of Professors quarter (plinth area: 115 sq.m, floor ht.: 2 stories), 3 nos. of assistant professors quarter (plinth area: 223 sq.m, floor ht: 3 stories), 2 nos. of post graduate’s hostel (plinth area: 600 sq.m, floor ht.: 3 stories) and a guest house (plinth area: 479 sq.m, floor ht.: 3 and a half stories). The total floor area of all 11buildings is 8341.87 sq.m.
