Building Design Authority Pvt. Ltd. has been involved in the field of valuation since the time of its establishment. It has been carrying out valuation of properties such as land and buildings (residential, commercial, institutional, educational etc.). The valuation is based on the prevalent government rules and regulations considering the government and existing market prices of the properties under valuation.
